Spotify | Saves Your Seat

As seen by the $38,000 Eras Tour resale ticket, the more you love an artist, the more you're willing to sacrifice to see them live, which makes real fans the easiest to exploit.

Face Value Ticket Exchange is an opt-in program for artists that caps resale tickets at the original price, limiting gouging. But fans don't know it exists,  and artists aren't being pressured to opt-in.

Spotify is known as a fan-forward platform with personalized Wrapped, DJ X, and daylists. So, we're leveraging that relationship along with the platform’s unique data to amplify fans' voices, get artists to opt in, and prove that Spotify doesn't just know its fans, it saves their seat.

Phase 1 - Advocacy

The FanLove button tallies FVTE requests & reports them to artists. When artists opt-in, they become FanLove Verified on Spotify.

Phase 2 - Recognition

FanLove Verified artists are celebrated in bold OOH placements, rewarding them with visibility, while socials keep track of artists with the most requests to further amplify fans' voices.
